Introducing Somatic Shamanic Healing: A Path Out of Survival Mode and Back Into Yourself

For years, people have been trying to “think” their way out of trauma. But the body doesn’t speak in thoughts. It speaks in tightness, breath, rhythm, and sensation.
This is why I am now offering Somatic Shamanic Healing — a body-based, rhythm-based, nervous-system-resetting experience designed to pull you out of fight-or-flight and guide you back into rest, digest, and repair.
What These Healings Are
Each session combines:
Shamanic drum rhythms to regulate the nervous system
Tuning forks to unwind tension and restore coherence
Reflexology to open pathways through the feet and fascia
An Anchor Doll — a somatic anchor you take home to continue the integration
These anchor dolls are the evolution of my Spirit Dolls — but now they’re created specifically to hold the nervous system’s new pattern of safety, grounding, and release.
